Arizona Elk Hunting

Arizona Elk Hunting boasts the best elk hunts in the world. No other state can compare to the trophy records that Arizona has. All Arizona Elk hunting is draw only. The rut is in September. Hunts are in northern Arizona with terrain from pinion and juniper, up to the high pines.

All hunts are pre-scouted and customizable to fit your needs. Most hunts will consist of long periods of glassing, and some rough country hiking. Spot and stalk tecniques are used and prove to be the most effective method of take. Ground blinds and tree stands are used occasionally.

Have all equipment ready before your hunt. Make sure you gun or bow is properly sighted in using the same arrows or ammunition. Have all your calls and scents ready and understand how to use them. Practice with your calls if you plan to use them. Know for sure, without any doubt, that all your gear and equipment works before you get into the field. You must be in good physical shape, and be prepared for changing weather. The better you’re hunting tools and gear work, dramatically increase your odds of harvesting an animal.
