Arizona Quail HuntingArizona Quail Hunting consists of a morning hunt. The Gambel’s quail is the primary specie of quail hunted. Most hunts will occur around the Phoenix area. Bird numbers are high this year due to our monsoon rains. The extra moisture helped the hatch. It is not uncommon to flush a covey of 50 or more. Arizona Quail Hunting will require you to be in good shape. Long walks through and over rough country is to be expected. Other than the walking, the toughest thing to do is pick just one bird to put your bead on! Four hunters maximum for a hunt.
